QUALITY OF PRODUCTS

Product quality is essential in a system of sustainable use of a resource, which can be decisive in the existence of the economic system and in the launch of the product on the international market.

The constant superior quality (year by year) guarantees the maintenance of a beneficiary for a long time and the recovery at an appropriate price.

Achieving a superior quality is currently very important for Romanian organic products, as many economic agents aim to make use of them on the international market.

Processing

At the pre-processing stage, the blooms are separated by the area of provenance and their quality checked to remove the inappropriate material.

The appropriate qualitative material is placed in thin layers and subjected to a natural aeration, in order to be brought to the same temperature as the ambient environment.

The entire processing system has been designed to keep the chemical properties of volatile oils and lactones intact in optimal concentrations, without affecting the properties of the products.

Handling and drying

The process starts with an initial quality control and the presort of the fresh plants. Afterwards the plants are put in thin layers on drying-frames, followed by drying in the drying-chamber. We are gaining heat through burning waste wood of wood working. Drying-temperature and humidity are controlled steadily, for getting an optimal quality.  Data are transmitted and controlled every 15 minutes.

The drying-method is the result of scientific research, which is combing traditional methods with  modern technology in a perfect way. This guarantee high concentration of essential oils and other important characteristics.
